I find the waiting time unbearable. Anything between 1 to 3 hours for a blood test (port), then waiting for the result, again 1 to 3 hours. The waiting for oncology. Then back the next day for treatment. Again waiting around 1 to 2 hours. I also have 6 weeks CT and MRI
scans, where the waiting time is minimal. Brilliant but it really feels spending half my life in the hospital with all the appointment. Also at oncology always see a different consultant. There is no consistency. Doesn't feel I can share my worries as no one remembers me. The care is fine, and I am of course grateful that it is available to me.
I feel that I have had brilliant care on Ellis ward, all the staff have been friendly and approachable. They were always available to discuss any concerns I might have and answered that my pain was under control at all times.
Informative doctors and nurses.
Sleep - noise levels. Patients. Nurses(sometimes)

Everyone has been lovely, very patient and understanding.
All the staff I have come across in my care and treatment have been very good, caring and thoughtful. Thank you.
From the moment of my entrance to the hospital to when I left, every contact with staff whatever their position was exemplary, their professionalism care and attention to detail made an uncomfortable situation bearable
Reception staff always very helpful when booking appointments including sometimes having to contact doctors and nurses of other departments to make them.
